Meet the team

Operators who have built, bought, and run these businesses.

Our leadership has founded, scaled, turned around, and sold cabinetry, flooring, and countertop companies — and integrated many more. When we acquire an operation, this is the team that works alongside it.

Portrait of Jeff Collamore

Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Collamore

C-level executive with more than 20 years in the home building industry, specializing in kitchen and bath, mergers and acquisitions, and turnarounds.

Jeff applies financial acumen and business development strategy to identify new revenue streams, build organizational capability, and accelerate revenue and margin. He has extensive experience divesting non-core assets, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and restructurings.

In 2001 he founded Cabinetry Showcase, a wholesale cabinetry distributorship serving Colorado homebuilders, and later Showcase Remodeling; both were sold in 2011. He then served as COO of Primera before becoming owner-partner and CEO of Kitchen Art in South Florida, which he led to become an industry trailblazer before selling it to Ferguson Enterprises in 2019.

At Ferguson he served as Corporate Director of Business Development for the $250 million Ferguson Cabinetry Business Group, acquiring and integrating several large kitchen and bath distributors, building a showroom and production builder business model, and leading a companywide NetSuite ERP rollout. Today he owns 11Eleven Consulting, which brings AI-driven business solutions to the industry, and serves on several boards including the KBx Advisory Board.

Chief Financial Officer

David Fair

Private investor, operator, and dealmaker who acquires, scales, and optimizes lower-middle-market platforms across building products, real estate, logistics, and franchise retail.

David pairs institutional-grade financial discipline with hands-on operational leadership. He is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Constellation Capital Group, an advisory platform focused on deal sourcing, capital raising, and buy-side advisory for middle-market private equity firms, family offices, and strategic acquirers, and through his family office he acquires, owns, and operates businesses directly — giving him a rare vantage point on both sides of the table.

As an operator of a multi-location cabinetry, countertop, and installation platform, David executed a full-scale turnaround that drove more than $4.5 million in cash flow improvement, implemented builder-channel pricing systems, and secured national homebuilder accounts — restoring profitability and positioning the company for its 2023 exit to a private equity group. He was named a Woodworking Network 40 Under 40 honoree in 2021.

Before stepping into ownership, David spent more than a decade in investment banking at Corner Capital Partners, Auspex Capital, and Vaughan Capital Advisors, and has been involved in more than $3.0 billion of completed M&A and capital markets transactions.
